Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Acrion Global Ltd ("Acrion", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you use this website, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Acrion Global Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. You can contact us about privacy matters using the enquiry form on our home page or by writing to us at [registered office address].
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through our enquiry form: your name, email address, organisation (optional) and the message you send. We do not ask for special-category data and request that you do not include it.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your enquiry details solely to read and respond to your message and to take steps at your request prior to any engagement. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics service that does not track you across sites or build a profile of you. A single small item may be stored in your browser only to remember that you have dismissed our privacy notice; this is strictly necessary for that preference.
Service providers (processors)
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting (Cloudflare Pages), cookieless analytics, and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) on our enquiry form.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of enquiry emails to our inbox.
- Google LLC — delivery of the website's typeface via Google Fonts. When the font loads, your device's IP address is processed by Google to serve the font file.
These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers for the limited purpose described, and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details above.
Complaints
If you are concerned about how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
